  • Be currently unblocked
  • Have been unblocked for at least 28 of the last 60 days
  • Be less than 90 days away

Higher than Usual Prices

Airbnb wants hosts to benefit from offering deals, so they have rules for dates with unusually high prices. That’s why your discount will be based on your highest-booked price from the past year. 

For example, if you want to set a promotion for a night priced at $400, but the highest price you’ve been booked for in the past year is $250, your discount will be based on the $250 price, not the $400 price.
