Lodgify is by far the cheaper option in a head-to-head against Guesty. For a flat monthly fee (with volume discounts the more rental properties you have), you get access to all their features. Lodgify also has a plan starting at $12/mo, but it comes with an additional 1.9% booking fee.

Guesty, on the other hand, requires you to request a quote to get a custom pricing model, which is typically somewhere in the range of 2-5% of bookings revenue.

Guesty and Lodgify have very similar feature sets (and both have all the essential features needed to manage your vacation rental business), but Guesty has a few more advanced features.

These advanced features may or may not be relevant to your needs. But if you’re a large, established property management company, Guesty has some features that may be extremely useful. For example, their open API allows your developers to create custom integrations and workflows.

Keep in mind that with Lodgify’s Zapier integration, there are over 1,000 apps you can connect to Lodgify as well.

As for the Revenue Management feature, if you’re planning to use a dynamic pricing tool (like Wheelhouse or others), then this feature is actually redundant.

Here’s a note on this feature from Guesty: It is not recommended to use Guesty’s Yield Management tool with another pricing tool. Users should determine whether a market data-based or custom rule-based solution is better for their specific needs.

Guesty and Lodgify both have similar customer support ratings. Most customers are perfectly satisfied with both platforms, but there are plenty of reports of poor customer support experience from both Lodgify and Guesty.
