For the price, OwnerRez is one of the best values out there in terms of vacation rental software. In fact, they earned the award of “Best Value” in our post on the best vacation rental website builders, with reviews of the best options.
The best part about their pricing is that you can choose features à la carte. You only pay for what you want to use. This is one area where they stand out vs Lodgify.
OwnerRez’s pricing starts at $19.99 for 1 property. But the pricing starts to become very cost-effective if you have multiple properties and pick and choose the features you want.
OwnerRez Features
OwnerRez’s core feature is the ability to take direct bookings and automate guest emails. OwnerRez also has several “Premium Features,” which make it a very attractive option for property managers, and you only pay for what you want to use.
Channel Manager – Sync All Your Properties & Bookings
If you’ve ever experienced a double booking, you know the value of a good channel manager. With OwnerRez’s optional Channel Management feature, you can sync the booking calendar from your website and OTAs like Airbnb and VRBO. They have API integrations with Homeaway/VRBO, Airbnb, TripAdvisor/FlipKey, Booking.com, and Houfy.
In addition to syncing bookings (so you don’t double book), you can also update property details like rates, booking rules, photos, etc. So you don’t have to manually update this information in more than one place.
Hosted Website Builder – Easily Create a Simple Direct Booking Site
OwnerRez offers an optional Hosted Website feature. If you choose not to use it, you can also integrate OwnerRez with Wix or WordPress, or a number of other website builders, with OwnerRez widgets.

Quickbooks Integration – Streamline Your Bookkeeping & Accounting
Handling the bookkeeping and accounting for a property management company is no joke. OwnerRez simplifies this process a great deal with their Quickbooks integration feature. There’s a bit of set-up required, but they have great tutorials, and their support staff is very helpful.
As with all OwnerRez features, the Quickbooks app integration is optional. If you don’t need it, you don’t pay for it.
Property Management – Calculate & Pay Commissions to Property Owners
The Property Management feature is one of the biggest draws for OwnerRez if you are managing multiple properties with different owners. With OwnerRez, you can calculate commissions, create reports, and send payments to owners.
Our Recommendation
We routinely recommend OwnerRez to clients who value automation and convenience. Especially those with lots of properties (and property owners) to manage. The biggest drawbacks of OwnerRez are the ease of use (there’s a bit of a learning curve to master all the backend features) and the limited web design capabilities.
