Had enough of bouncing between calendars, trying to stay on top of your bookings and responsibilities? If so, there’s a simple fix: sync your calendars.

When you sync Booking.com with Google Calendar, you can merge your to-dos and bookings from both platforms, leaving the calendar juggling behind.

And the best part? It’s a breeze to do and we’ll walk you through it step by step.

How Booking.com Calendar Works

Booking.com’s calendar system is a tool for hosts to manage their rental’s availability and bookings.

When you create a listing, you can mark which dates are available for booking and which are not. Then, when a guest books a date, it’s automatically blocked off on the calendar to prevent double bookings.

You can also sync Booking.com’s calendar with external ones like Google Calendar and receive notifications for new bookings, changes, or cancellations.

Let’s say you get a booking through your website or another booking site. With syncing, those booked dates get blocked off on Booking.com too, without you having to lift a finger.

Having all your calendars synced also gives you a clear view of your availability. You can see at a glance which dates are booked and which ones are open, without jumping between different calendars.

Now, to set up this connection, you can use iCalendar or iCal links. Google Calendar and all major listing sites including Booking.com, Airbnb, Vrbo, and others support this format, so you can easily sync your calendars across platforms.

So, let’s dive into how to get your Booking.com link and add a link from another platform to Booking.com.
